Type of construction Three pass with flame tube, cooled returned chamber, two bundles of fire tubes and a flue gases collector. Operating overpressure Maximum operating overpressure 0,05 MPa. Safety valves pre-adjusted at 0,07 MPa. Operating steam temperature Saturated steam temperature at maximum operating overpressure is 111.4 °C. The front turned chamber is located in boiler cover. The gas-proof boiler cover consists of tilting door with flange for burner fixing. The door is covered by fire resistant insulation with integrated observation window. The door is tilted to the armature part installed on boiler sidewall. On the customer request can be boiler delivered in left, or right variety. The boiler body is completely insulated by double insulation with metal casing. The boiler insulation parts are supplied separately in disposable package for easier boiler transportation. All heating surfaces are easily accessible for cleaning after boiler opening. This assures permanent high boiler efficiency even in case of long-term liquid fuel firing. Boiler efficiency and flue gases temperature Efficiency at nominal output is 91%.
