Brief about the Company
AIPL has been into OEM supplies of mobile Batteries to
various brands since last two decades. The
manufacturing setup was established in year 1995 with
objective of becoming the preferred OEM supplier and
also getting into own brand Advent. The production base
was moved to Parwanoo (HP) in 2005 to take advantage
of the favorable tax policies
The Team
Pankaj Sachdeva: Director/Promoter
Pankaj is an MBA, B.Com and has vast experience in various industries of about 30 years and
is very well known person in the mobile battery industry, apart from being one of the
pioneers in introducing SMFLA batteries in India in 1992. He has been running his business for
over 23 years in the telecom industry.
Vikram Kalia: Director – Sales & Marketing
Vikram is MBA, B.Com and backed with an experience of 22 yrs in various industries and have
worked in companies like Intex, Luminous, Marico, Next Retail, Amkette. A well known
personnel in the field of IT Peripherals and Consumer Electronics have travelled to every nook
and corner of India and have experience of International sales. Since last 10yrs have been also
into purchase from China. Have multiple product exposure in sales and purchase.
Zulfqar Iqbal: Director – Administration
Iqbal is a B.Com graduate with about 10 years of experience in accounts and finanace, apart
from a sharp acumen in managing people. He is based in Parwanoo and looks after the
factory independently.

Srinivasan Sitaraman: Vice President – Sales
Sitaraman is a veteran in sales of IT consumable and peripherals. He is currently heading sales
and managing 40 sales team members. He is a key member of Advent and his experience will
be very useful in achieving the targets that we have set for next year and following years.
Alok Kumar: GM-production
Alok is a qualified engineer, and has rich experience in production in the IT/Telecom industry
spanning more than 30 years. He has worked across various large corporates and is now
stationed in Parwanoo overlooking complete production aspect of the company, including QC,
etc.
Our Achievements
We are India’s ONLY Samsung SDI audited & approved Li-on/Polymer Battery facility since 2013
1992
• Launched Panasonic SMFLA batteries in India for the first time for the UPS
industry as their only authorized agents/distributor in India
1995
• Launched 1st manufacturing Facility in India for manufacturer of mobile
Batteries with the launch of mobile services
2002
• Became the first manufacturers in India to begin production of lithium-ion
battery packs for mobile phones
2005
• With growing business, production facilities shifted to Parwanoo, Himachal
Pradesh to take advantage of a favorable policy for manufacturing in the state
2008
• Began OEM supplies to currently India’s largest handset marketing company,
Micromax as their strategic partners
2011
• India’s 1st Power Bank assembly facility Launched at existing Facility at Parwanoo,
Himachal Pradesh
2014
• We launched our in-house brand, “Advent” countrywide with the entire
range of mobile accessories, met with resounding success from day one
