ABOUT THE PRESENTER
Jason Szumlanski is the Operations Manager at Fafco Solar
in Cape Coral, Florida. He started out in Solar Energy in the
early 2000's in the Caribbean where he operated an organic
pineapple farm. There was no electricity at the property.
Farm and living accomodations required power, and solar
energy was the only feasible solution. Without local
knowledge of solar energy, Jason took it upon himself to
become fully educated about solar electricity and solar water
heating. Later, Jason developed a mobile solar energy
generator/trailer and started a company to design, build,
and market the product. In 2010 he joined Fafco Solar to
bring his technical knowledge and business acumen to this
long successful family business. In the time since, Fafco
Solar has been able to secure it's five largest contracts to
date.
