want it done quickly and easily. That’s why Memorial Health System has conveniently located
outpatient facilities that can perform laboratory
testing and a wide variety of imaging services.
Some locations offer lab studies only, others a
wide range of diagnostic imaging including, xray, mammography, MRI, CT scan, ultrasound
and more.

Please remember many tests will require an
appointment and the phone numbers are
listed. Some helpful hints:
• Be sure to follow pre-test instructions, some
tests may require you to fast or wear comfortable clothing. It will be very important
for you to follow directions to get the most
out of your test.
• Arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled
appointment to allow for registration. Please
note: for walk-ins it’s first come, first serve.
Some tests may take longer than others.
• Bring your prescription, insurance referral if
required, insurance card and photo identification.
• If you’re not fasting, come later in the day.
Late morning and afternoons are less busy
times.
• We accept most major insurances. Please
consult your insurance plan to determine
coverage for any testing that is to be performed.

WALK-IN LABORATORY TESTS
Lab tests require a physician’s order. No appointment is necessary at our laboratory
locations. Outpatient facilities utilize the
hospital’s state-of-the-art clinical full-service laboratory equipped to perform testing
