
Good CAD Knowledge.

Should have good communication skills.
Eligibility Criteria:
 B.E, B.Tech & Diploma - (CIVIL & ARCHITECTURE ) - 2016 & 2015 batches
 No Percentage Criteria

Terms & Conditions:
1) 18 Months Bond from the Date of Joining in Office to Last working day.
2) Raster Technologies. will give you first 1 week time to observe and take feedback from existing employees about company to take decision of joining in office.
After 1 week they can give commitment for 18 Months Agreement.
3) First one Month NO LEAVES. The First leave will be carrying forward and can be used from second month On-wards.
4)
Any Employee (Fresher’s and seniors, It means all employees
of RASTER
Technologies) When they resign the Last month Salary will be credited after 30 days of
Reliving from office. (The employee will get his / her last month salary after 30 days of last working day).
5) In case of Bond break, the employ ee should pay last 3 months’ salary to company.
6) Also if Agreement is Broken, Company will NOT give you ANY EXPERIENCE
LETTER.
7) They should submit 1 Self signed Post-dated Cheque Agreement Letter, All

Certificate Xerox Copies.
8) Increments will be given based on Performance. Performance is counted on the basis of “
Quality of work, Client Satisfaction, Growth, Integrity, Respect for
Individuals, Team Work, Less Leaves”
9) 30 Days Training will be provided. Within the training period, the management will decide your job is permanent or Not. Salary will be paid for training period also.
10) Any time Management can fire you from the job if the management is not satisfied with your services in this regard “ Quality of work,
Task completion, Client Satisfaction, Growth, Integrity, Respect for
Individuals, Team Work, Less Leaves"
11) Every Employee must participate 6 days in a year of social service programs conducted by Raster Technologies.
12) All legal issues will be subjected to Hyderabad jurisdiction only.
