GOAL
FanSided is a fast-growing online network of 300 fan-based communities
dedicated to sports, entertainment, and men’s lifestyle. The publisher
had historically relied on a mix of ad exchanges and content discovery
platforms to monetize its mobile sites, but realized that a mobile-only
advertising solution was needed to help them achieve the next level of
revenue growth.
STRATEGY
• Unique Ad Formats: Yieldmo provided FanSided with a range
of unique ad units for their mobile pages and app. This mobile
ad selection included an in-content unit inserted between
paragraphs, a four-advertiser Quad unit in the footer, and a highperforming Wrapper unit.
