This manual is divided into two categories which are :

A) Setting up your ActiveSync configuration
1. Open your Smartphone
2. Go to Setting and select Account and sync
2. Key in the detail below and click Manual Setup.
3. Select Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync
4. Change the domain to tmmaster and for username please put in staff number
(tmmaster\N10078)
5. For Password, please use GEMS Password
6. For Exchange Server, please use webmail.tm.com.my and tick on Use Secure Connection
(SSL)
7. Click continue if there is any popup appear.
8. Choose any option as display below and select Next at the bottom.
9. Put TMRND as a profile name for this Email Account.
