Beaver Creek's Leadership Development Camp (LDC) was established to help give student
followers of Christ the chance to learn leadership skills and to grow in their faith. LDC is an
experiential, outside your comfort zone, occasionally painful, and extremely challenging
program. The skills, insights, and experiences learned in this program are designed to empower
those who desire to walk as Jesus Christ did and serve Him in any sort of ministry (not just
camp).
SERIOUS WARNING: LDC is spiritually, physically, and emotionally intense. True growth
experiences usually are. You will only get out of the program as much as you are willing to put
in. Prepare yourself!
Application Process: Fill out this form and send it to us along with a Criminal Record
Check. Also give 3 references their reference letters (ask them to fill it out and return as
promptly as possible!) All applicants will be notified and informed whether or not they have
been accepted into the program.
