



Preparing International Tenders, for KPLC & REA Kenya, ZESCO- Zambia, Other East African
Countries, Iran, Iraq , PEC-Yemen, Philipins, Bangladesh, NEA-Nepal, South Africa & PEDEE-Syria etc.
Analysis of International Tenders, Read and understand project requirements and bid specifications.
Analysing customer documentation.
Proposing deviations from customer documentation to gain competitiveness and informing the
Business manager for negotiation purposes.
Checking that there is no technical gap between customer request and our proposal.

Making Competitive Quotations for International Market.
Responsible for Costing of Transformers.

Prepare estimates, proposals and bids coordinate with necessary departments and management,
utilizing company estimating system and process.

Develop relationships with EPC contractors, agents, utility companies & Customers.
