will be written for all
participants involved in the
horseplay/roughhousing.

intimidate or inflict harm.
Refusal to follow directions,
talking back, or socially rude
interactions
Verbal messages or gestures
that include swearing, name
calling, or use of words/actions
in an inappropriate way towards
another person
Student delivers disrespectful
messages (verbal or gesture)
that include threats, pictures,
notes, etc.
Student deliberately impairs
the usefulness of property
Student delivers message that
is untrue and/or deliberately
violates school or classroom
rules
Clothing does not fit within
uniform guidelines
Possession of knives or guns
(real or look-alike), or other
objects readily capable of
causing bodily harm
Includes sustained loud talk,
yelling or screaming; noise with
materials; horseplay or
roughhousing; and/or sustained
out-of-seat behavior
Student is in possession of, or
having passed on, or being
responsible for removing
someone else’s property or has
signed a person’s name without
permission
