HVAC DUCT DETAILERS/DESIGNERS with a minimum of 3 years experience in HVAC duct
installation & construction, a thorough knowledge of SMACNA standards, and a minimum of 1-year
experience with 3D-CAD software (CAD Duct strongly preferred)
PLUMBING DETAILERS/DESIGNERS with a minimum of 3 years experience in routing, coordination
& detailing of plumbing systems for hospitals, labs, commercial office buildings, etc, a thorough
knowledge of plumbing codes, an ability to size water, gas & waste systems, and a minimum of 1 year
experience with 3D-CAD software (Quickpen 3D pipe designer strongly preferred)
PIPING DETAILERS/DESIGNERS with a minimum of 3 years experience in routing, coordination &
detailing of piping for HVAC systems, central plants, power plants, steam systems, wastewater, purity
systems, etc and a minimum of 1 year experience with 3D-CAD software (Quickpen 3D PipeDesigner
strongly preferred)

Exposure to Navis Works viewing & collision check software
A commitment to meeting short-duration schedules
A proven record of accomplishment & verifiable references
Proficiency in Auto CAD 2007 or higher
The ability to create 3D coordinated installation shop drawings in a multi-discipline environment
Familiarity with isometric and fabrication drawings
