Many competitors publish cost per page values based only on print
cartridge or ink use rather than on all consumables. Xerox lists both
sets of costs so that you can accurately compare products.

Declared Yields are in accordance with ISO/IEC 19798 for color printers and multifunction printers, 24711 for color printers and multifunction printers using Xerox® Solid Ink Technology and 19752 for black-and-white
printers and multifunction printers. Yield will vary based on image, area coverage and print mode.

Costs are based on web price; published yields; and print cartridge, ink, or print cartridge equivalents (toner cartridge plus imaging unit), waste cartridges and imaging drums that are regularly exchanged. These
values accurately represent the majority of print volumes; where long life items are not replaced. In many cases long life items such as fusers, transfer belts or maintenance kits are available for replacement in lieu of
replacing the entire device.
