CELL PHONES
To maintain a peaceful atmosphere and in
consideration of all our guests, we ask that
all cell phones are turned off and are not
used while in the spa.
HOW DO I CHOOSE MY TREATMENT(s)?
Spa Botanica Guest Receptionist will
assist you in planning the perfect spa
experience based on your specific needs.
All patrons under the age of 18 must be
accompanied by a parent or guardian.
WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR MY
TREATMENT(S)?
We request that you arrive 20 minutes prior
to your treatment time. This allows time for
you to check in, change for your service
and complete paperwork.
WHAT IF I ARRIVE LATE OR CANNOT MAKE
MY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT?
Unfortunately, arriving late for a service may
require us to shorten the length of the treatment so the next guest will not be delayed. In
some cases services may not be able to be
performed. Full charges will still be applied.
WHAT IS THE SERVICE CHARGE POLICY?
An 18% service charge will be added at the
point of sale which will be allocated to your
therapist. In appreciation of outstanding
service, additional gratuities may be given
at your discretion.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A credit card will be requested to hold all
reservations. We kindly request that cancellations or changes to appointments be made
24 hours prior to the start of your service in
order to avoid full charges. Any no-shows
will be charged in full.
