Legal notice 1.1 Copyright Only full individual members and member companies (but not junior and passive members) of EXPERTsuisse are entitled to describe themselves as a “Member of EXPERTsuisse - Swiss specialist association for auditing, taxes and fiduciary” and use the EXPERTsuisse logo (Section 14 of the Membership Regulations). Use of the logo is otherwise prohibited. All trademarks and other marks, logos and graphics, navigation bars, button icons, designations, etc. displayed on the website are the property of EXPERTsuisse, EXPERTsuisse AG or other right holders. Their reproduction or use – with the exception of the right of full individual members regarding the logo – is not permitted without the explicit consent of EXPERTsuisse and/or the copyright holder. The EXPERTsuisse website (www.expertsuisse.ch) may not be reproduced or copied. 1.2 Limitation of liability EXPERTsuisse does not guarantee access to its website www.expertsuisse.ch. It excludes all liability, including negligence, that may arise from access and/or inability to access the EXPERTsuisse website or individual elements thereof and their use. Privacy statement 2.1 General principles EXPERTsuisse takes the protection of your data very seriously and observes statutory data protection provisions. All data is treated confidentially. Furthermore, EXPERTsuisse is committed to informing you about the data it stores and uses. Please take a moment to read through the following statements. 2.2 What data is stored when visiting the EXPERTsuisse website? You are not required to provide any personal details when visiting the EXPERTsuisse website. However, the EXPERTsuisse website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. You are required to provide personal details when registering. It is compulsory to enter your first name, surname and e-mail address (login username). You can use your e-mail address and personal password to log in to the EXPERTsuisse website. Depending on your user category, you can access additional EXPERTsuisse services (e.g. templates, etc.) after registering. If you decide to subscribe to the EXPERTsuisse newsletter, we require your first name and surname together with a valid private or business e-mail address. You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the Unsubscribe link provided in the newsletter. The username and password of registered full individual members may be viewed and used by EXPERTsuisse for training and monitoring purposes. 2.4 To whom do we pass on your data? The EXPERTsuisse association and EXPERTsuisse AG are entitled to use the registration data you provide in their association and training activities. This data is stored in the online shop for transaction processing purposes and is passed on to EXPERTsuisse’s affiliated companies and service partners when processing an order you have placed. Otherwise, the General Terms and Conditions of Business apply. 1.3 Member directory EXPERTsuisse maintains a publicly accessible electronic member directory on its website (Section 3 Paragraph 3 of the Articles of Association). By becoming an EXPERTsuisse member, you authorise us to make your personal details (first name, surname, address/registered office, educational qualifications) publicly available. EXPERTsuisse reserves the right to revise, modify or in any way supplement this Legal Notice and Privacy Policy at any time.
