Description
An attractive 2’ x 4’ direct/indirect fluorescent fixture with side-mounted lamps
and extremely fine fit and finish. The 2’ x 4 SDI provides soft, balanced
illumination for a contemporary appearance and comfortable light environment.
The housing and two lamp compartments are fully recessed above the ceiling
plane, and there is no visible light source or apparent glare. The perforated
baffles and curved reflector produce a combination of direct and indirect light,
fully illuminating the fixture.

• Provides soft, uniform lighting without hot spots or dark areas
• Direct lighting component is provided by a perforated metal cover with a
white acrylic overlay that minimizes lamp images.
• Indirect lighting component provided by a partial parabolic shaped metallic
reflector with longitudinal ridges for a “textured” appearance
• When illuminated, the metallic reflector and white basket appear bathed in
the same uniform brightness
• UL listed for damp locations. Units incorporating emergency ballasts are UL
listed for dry locations
• Suitable for row mounting
• Lamp cover swings down for easy lamp and ballast access
Housing made of Die-formed heavy-gauge cold rolled steel
• White perforated metal withwhite opal acrylic diffuser inlay
