U.S. market, Diamond Products is proud to announce
our new extended warranties on all Core BoreTM
electric core drilling machines. These extended
warranty programs come at an additional cost but are
well worth the value we promise to provide. Here are
the programs available on the best electric machines in
the market from the company who is committed to
doing Whatever It Takes to serve
our valued customers.
What does a 3 Year Gold Warranty Provide?
3-Yr Gold Extended Warranty
Payment terms on the rig and warranty:
12 x 12 payment terms -12 equal payments on the rig and
warranty.
The free service for your machine:
At any time during the 3 year warranty period, the machine may
be returned to Diamond Products’ Ohio plant for inspection and
service of all major components at no charge on one occasion.
This service inspection includes both the rig and motor. The free
service will be provided once during the 3 year warranty period.
Incoming transportation cost for this service will be paid by the
customer while the return shipment will be paid by Diamond
Products.

Loaner Program:
Diamond Products will provide a M1 Core Bore with CB748 motor loaner rig or Weka DK12 hand held loaner during the warranty
repair period if needed by the customer and if approved by the Diamond Products Regional Sales Manager. The loaner will be
shipped via ground freight. Air transportation will be the responsibility of the customer. The customer bears the responsibility of
returning the loaner in good working condition. Any repairs needed due to abuse or misuse will be billed to the customer.
The warranty for 3 years against any defects in workmanship or defect:
Diamond Products warrants all electric core drilling rigs and components sold by it against defects in workmanship or materials
for a period of 3 years from the date of shipment to the customer. The responsibility of Diamond Products under this warranty is
limited to replacement or repair of defective parts at Diamond Products’ Elyria, Ohio factory, or a point designated by it, of such
parts as shall appear to us upon inspection at such point, to have been defective in material or workmanship, including the
expense for ground transportation and labor at our Ohio facility. Any air transportation will be the responsibility of the customer.
Cost of labor by the customer will be the responsibility of the customer. In no event shall Diamond Products be liable for
consequential or incidental damages arising out of the failure of any product to operate properly to be determined by the Diamond
Products return department. This warranty cannot be transferred from one end user to another if the rig is resold. The warranty
can be transferred from an authorized Diamond Products distributor to an end user when the rig is sold as new. Extended
warranties are not available outside the United States. Extended warranty must be ordered at the same time as new rig
purchase. Extended warranties are valid only with purchase of new core rig and all parts included in a complete core rig. Core
rig serial number is needed for warranty claim and used for reference on extended warranties.
