MMVC92 MMIC DIVISION General Description Features The MMVC92 MMIC VCO is designed in a highly reliable InGaP-GaAs Hetero-Junction Bipolar Transistor (HBT) process with active device, integrated resonator, tuning diode and isolating output amplifier on chip.
