Steps for Synchronizing GDSN Data with Aeon
Initial Load
1.
Review Aeon GDSN Attribute Guide for attribute requirements on the AEON
landing page.
2.
On the AEON landing page, complete and submit the Trading Partner Form
3.
Publish all items sold in Asia (Japan, China, and Southeast Asia) to Aeon (in
Production Environment)

Aeon will subscribe to the supplier GLN

Publish as Initial Load
—
Publish to AEON GLN: 4901810000005
4.
Manage Confirmation (CIC) Responses from AEON

If you receive REVIEW or REJECTED status, determine the cause of
error and next step/resolution within the CIC message.

NOTE: Initially, AEON will only be sending back ACCEPTED CIC
Perform the necessary change(s) through your Data Pool
5.
Once eligible items are synchronized, AEON will consider supplier “Complete.”
6.
After initial load is complete, continue to submit all modifications/corrections for
specified attributes through GDS.
7.
As an on-going practice, publish any items you wish to sell in Asia to Aeon.
