PALLETIZING
Any request for
palletizing and special
handling of cartons is
subject to a $10.00
charge per pallet for

MINIMUM ORDER
CHARGE
Purchase orders must
amount to a minimum of
$100.00 net. (This is the
total amount for your
entire order, any
combination of Flanders
products). Total orders
for less than this amount
will be raised to the
$100.00 minimum.
FREIGHT TERMS
All shipments: FOB
PREPAID & ADD
ORDERS
Freight cost will be
added at the bestdiscounted price plus a
20% handling surcharge
for prepaid and add.
INT’L SHIPMENTS:

ADD-ON ORDERS:
Add on orders will only
be accepted within a 24hour timeframe of
original receipt of PO
and or if the order has
not been entered for
production. Every effort
will be made by Flanders
staff to ship the add-on
order with the original
purchase order.
TERMS OF SALE
All sales Net 30-Days
subject to approval.
Invoices carry a date
corresponding to the date
of shipment. Applicable
finance charges will be
assessed to all past due
accounts. All purchases
are subject to collection
fees, court costs and
attorneys’ fees if unpaid.
INT’L TERMS OF SALE
All International sales
are subject to letter of
credit or cash in
advance.
SALES SAMPLES
1. All sales samples will
be billed at cost
2. Sales samples must be
ordered in case
quantities.
3. The company
requesting sales samples
must be an existing
Flanders customer.
4. The sales sample must
be ordered on a separate
purchase order, and the
purchase order must be
tagged as “Sales
Samples”.
5. Freight is to be paid
by the customer.

coded with the
applicable invoice
number so that credit
may be applied to the
proper charge for each

GENERAL FREIGHT
INFORMATION
At time of receipt from
carrier, all goods should
be carefully counted,
checked for damage and
carrier’s freight bill
promptly noted in the
event of loss or damage
should be promptly filed
with the carrier.
In the event concealed
damage is noted after
receipt of goods, the
carrier should be notified
immediately and an
inspection of the goods
requested so that the
proper liability may be
established and
appropriate claims filed.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
CLAIMS
In the event of a
craftsmanship defect that
results in a warranty
claim, Flanders is liable
for product replacement
only. This is only valid
for a period of 12
months from the
product’s shipment date
and subject to Flanders
approval.
RETURNED GOODS
Standard product and
standard sizes are only
allowed to be returned.
Equipment or Housings
are not eligible for return.
To be eligible for credit
on returned goods, the
customer must comply
with the following
requirements:
1. Written authorization to
return any materials must
be obtained through the
Customer Service
Department. Unauthorized
returns will be
automatically refused.
2. Returned goods must be
received in boxes that are
clearly marked with a
valid RMA number or
they will be refused.
3. Goods are eligible to
return for a period of up to
30-days from date of
purchase.
4. All materials to be
returned must be listed in
current price list, in
resalable condition,
standard product and
standard sizes. Custom,
obsolete and discontinued
merchandise may not be
returned.
5. Returned goods must be
shipped prepaid and/or in
accordance with specific
instructions issued at the
time of return
authorization.
6. Returned goods are
subject to a 50% charge to
cover the cost of
inspection, retesting,
repackaging, handling and
restocking fees.
Reconditioning cost costs
if any will be extra.
7. The right is reserved to
issue credit on returned
goods at the purchase
price or current price;
whichever is lower.
