SEC coverage, real-time and historical EDGAR filings, complete financial and
management information for U.S. and foreign public companies, and mutual funds,
including overviews of business activities. Although the database is called 10k, it
includes many kinds of financial reports and records: 400+ data items, annual and
quarterly reports and ratios, 8-year histories, links to source filing, and dynamic charting.
