1. Confusion, lack of knowledge and FAQ’s, as measured by stakeholders’ (especially students and parents) questions and behaviors, will
diminish because of improved, timely communication.
2. The percent of graduates completing a CTAE pathway, or an advanced academic pathway, or a fine arts pathway, or a world language
pathway within their program of study will increase from the 2014-2015 rate of 62% to 65% by the end of 2015-2016 as measured by
courses completed/End of Pathway assessments at the end of the 2015-2016 school year.

**iAchieve teachers are under contract with and participate in Professional Learning at their base schools. Much of their Professional Learning
is applicable to the iAchieve environment. Teachers will be directed to apply Professional Learning skills and strategies in their iAchieve
courses/virtual classrooms. iAchieve does host virtual faculty meetings but does not offer school-centric Professional Learning.
