KTH Opportunities Fund: Grant Application Form Those eligible to apply for funding using this application form are: 1. Current students at KTH (undergraduate and postgraduate) Current PhD students at KTH. Current Post-Docs at KTH (first two years only). Unfortunately KTH Opportunities Fund is unable to provide seed funding for student start-ups, profit making enterprises or projects which do not primarily benefit KTH students. KTH OF cannot fund salaries for PhD students and Post Docs. 2. Projects should start no earlier than 6 weeks after dead line for applications. Please note that retrospective funding cannot be given. 3. If your application is in relation to study or research at another academic institution you must provide a letter of invitation. All applications must be signed by your academic supervisor. If your projects is not conducted at an academic institution/course it should be signed by the President/Vice President of THS ( ordf@ths.kth.se). Please note that THS will need at least one week to process your application prior to the application deadline. 4. A signed hard copy of your application should be sent to KTH Opportunities Fund, Lindstedtsvägen 30, 10044 Stockholm. Any changes to the grant purpose must be approved by KTH Alumni Advisory Board. The grant must be spent within the timeframe described above or a revised time plan must be submitted and a new decision be taken. KTH reserves the right to request receipts indicating that the grant has been used in accordance to the application. Grant recipients are expected to participate in publicity and promotion undertaken by KTH. This may include, but is not limited to: interviews, photography and promotion via web and social media and presenting the project work during events. Grant recipients must provide a report, including photographs, to explain how the grant has been used.
