Partnerships offer a solution to a regional issue or need
Key Performance Measurements:
 The extent to which partnerships address an existing or emerging regional issue (e.g. for a
particular industry or cohort of disadvantaged young people)
 The extent to which partnerships bring together key representative bodies or
organisations from a range of stakeholders across the four key stakeholder groups
 The extent to which partnerships have consulted and demonstrate shared ownership of a
solution

The extent to which partnerships develop and implement innovative strategies that
address a regional issue
