Behaviour Management Goals of our School
The aim of the Policy is to promote healthy, social and emotional development for
all; to encourage children to develop positive self-esteem and to value others.
Our goals are as follows:
 To ensure that all stakeholders rights are respected
 To encourage all stakeholders to take on their responsibilities
 To educate students on the differences between responsible and
irresponsible behaviour
 To teach students that actions have consequences
 To recognise and acknowledge responsible behaviour
 To empower students to make responsible choices about their behaviour
 To redirect irresponsible behaviour
 To develop students’ problem-solving skills
