What is an IDP Session?
Interactive Design & Prototyping (IDP):
Group sessions that focus on Financial
Management Services (FMS), Human Capital
Management (HCM) and Grants PeopleSoft
modules to:
• Review current business requirements
• Demonstrate PeopleSoft functionality
• Discuss, validate and design future business processes via
conceptualized and prototyped system
• Identify and create an inventory checklist (i.e. data conversion,
interfaces, reporting requirements and security)
• Involves users immediately by putting their knowledge of their
institution’s business functions to work
