Suggested Syllabus Insert
The following statements may be used by instructors who wish to mention the CEQ in their course
syllabus.
For a regular semester (Fall, Winter, Spring):
At the end of the semester, students will have an opportunity to complete a Course Evaluation
Questionnaire (CEQ) for this course. The CEQ will be available online through Student Self-Service
starting the second-last week of class and up until the day before the examination period
begins. Student feedback is valuable for shaping the future delivery of the course and completion of the
CEQ is encouraged.
For a shorter session (Intersession, summer session):
At the end of the semester, students will have an opportunity to complete a Course Evaluation
Questionnaire (CEQ) for this course. The CEQ will be available online through Student Self-Service
starting the last week of class and up until the day before the examination period begins. Student
feedback is valuable for shaping the future delivery of the course and completion of the CEQ is
encouraged.
