Draws data from the PAS Data
Warehouse & JP Morgan Chase
 PAS: updated daily, as current as prior day
 PaymentNet: updated monthly, after ProCard
payment is made
About the Reports

Relies on ‘Open Access Policy’
• Anyone with an individual NetID can gain
access
• Shared NetIDs will not work

Conforms to Records Retention
Guidelines
• No need to print duplicate copies of invoices
 Exception: Manual invoices
• ProCard reports do not replace required
documentation
