The Ontario Conference of Casualty Actuaries (OCCA) held its
Spring meeting on Thursday, June 3, 2004 at Ernst and Young
Tower, located at 222 Bay Street, Toronto, Ontario from 4:30 to
7:00 p.m.

A motion to approve the minutes of the November 27, 2004 Fall
Meeting was carried.
A motion to approve the new members and subscribers was
carried.
Due to the resignation of Bill Premdas, nominations were
opened for the Vice President position. The vacancy was filled
by acclamation with Lambert Morvan.

David Simpson of Facility Association, presented an informational
session about FA
Brian FitzGerald, President-elect of the CIA, spoke about the CIA's
role in the current environment of greater scrutiny of financial
professionals and recent criticisms of the actuarial profession
The meeting was adjourned.
