Whereas we have obtained an exceptionally attractive offer to close a
contract with Hyatt Regency Atlanta for a return visit in November of
2009 and 2011:
I move that we proceed to finalize the contract arrangements for 2009
assuming that all 802 requirements can be addressed by such a
contract arrangement, and that we add a satisfactory completion of
2007 and 2009 for the 2011 contract arrangements.
