Whereas we have obtained an exceptionally attractive offer to close a
contract with Hyatt Regency Atlanta for a return visit in November of
2009 and 2011:
I move that we proceed to finalize the contract arrangements for the
November 2009 plenary session assuming that all 802 requirements
are addressed by such a contract arrangement, and that we add a
satisfactory completion of our 2007 session clause to the 2009
contract arrangements.

for the November 2011 plenary session assuming that all 802
requirements are addressed by such a contract arrangement, and
that we add a satisfactory completion of 2007 and 2009 sessions
clause to the 2011 contract arrangements.
