Notice-of-Intent to Provide Offer for
Consideration as a Company Self Build Proposal
GEORGIA POWER COMPANY
Entities desiring to offer the Company a solar photovoltaic generation resource that would be developed,
constructed, and ultimately sold to the Company, can do so by contacting the Company self-build team. Contact can
and should be made via the completion of this Notice-of-Intent (“NOI”) document and should be communicated to
the Company (through the provided contact and address below) prior to the close of business January 13, 2014, to be
given consideration. Consideration of an entity’s project(s) by the self-build team does not disqualify that entity
from submitting bids for consideration into the RFP process. However, any project(s) submitted by the self-build
team for consideration pursuant to the RFP will be disqualified from being offered as a bid into the RFP.
Entities desiring to supply a proposed project should provide the information listed below. A separate NOI should
be provided for each project with specifics for that project (Proposals will be considered for new and existing
projects as well as projects where location is undefined):

Proposal Information Requested. Bidders should make a bona fide effort to complete this
form as fully as possible. Emailing of this NOI in PDF format to the designated contact
identified on the following page (William Houser) is the required method of transmission of
an indicative offer. Entities who have questions concerning the Requested Information,
submission of the Offer for Consideration as a Company Self Build Proposal, or the
process for working with Georgia Power for such consideration by the self-build team may
