Unfalsifiable Assumptions

One of the questions raised by Camus’ novel The Stranger is: “What assumptions do we live
with?” In answering this question, I would like you to spend a moment considering your own
perspective. In particular, I would like you consider the so-called “unfalsifiable assumptions”
that you live with. By “unfalsifiable” I mean an assumption that you hold to be true that
cannot be proven either correct or incorrect in any scientific (empirical) manner.
