FINLAND
1) Question:
 When is the Government going to allow the requested visits of the UN Special
Rapporteurs on Human Rights and the representatives of the Inter-American
Commission of Human Rights (IACHR) in order to help evaluate the human
rights situation, also in the light of the ongoing demarcation process in
Venezuela?
2) Question:
 With reference to the implementation of the ILO Convention 169, Finland
invites the Government of Venezuela to share its views about what measures
are envisaged to guarantee the indigenous peoples their rights of ownership
and possession over lands traditionally occupied or used by these peoples,
continuing the still incomplete demarcation process in Venezuela.
3) Question:
 What measures is the Government taking to fulfill the obligations imposed by
the American Convention on Human Rights, and to comply with and
implement the decisions issued by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights
(IACHR)?
