 Cut out and tape exactly 10 BoxTops to a Collection Sheet
 Turn in the collection sheet to your classroom and ask for another
one
 Deposit any extra or loose BoxTops into the Collection Box in your
classroom
 Sign up at the BoxTops website for bonus BoxTops, coupons, offers,
and a complete list of products at boxtops4education.com
 Do your online shopping though boxtops4education.com -- up to
8% of your purchase can be donated directly to Heritage
Go to Heritage HSA website and click on “Boxtops” for
further instructions, details, monthly updates, additional
collection sheets
and for a full list of participating products

Classrooms have chances to win stickers and small prizes through
the year.

The Classroom with the most BoxTops will win an ice cream party
in June!
