Student Code of Conduct applies not only to students but also to lab monitors working
in the lab. If you have read the Code of Conduct and agreed to comply, please sign the

I hereby confirm that I have read and understood the code of conduct required of me to
carry out my duties and responsibilities as a lab monitor. Violation of any of the code of
conduct will result in my immediate job dismissal.
