Event: CIOGC 23rd Annual Community Dinner (Council of Islamic Affairs) they presented Asif Rahman
an award for outstanding service to Chicago. Mimi Simon and myself attended the dinner on behalf of
the City and the Department in our official capacity. We were served a chicken dinner.
