Writing
We are reviewing how to write narrative stories
with a beginning, middle, and end. Students need
to focus on having an opening sentence at the
beginning of their stories that explains who, did
what, and when. We are working on three
paragraph stories with lots of DETAILS! We are
also working on a closing sentence that ends the
story. Usually this is some sort of thought or
feeling. For example, I am so glad I got to be a
turkey for the day!
We will be moving into writing opinion stories
soon. Students will try to convince others about
different things!
