Monkey Bread
1 can refrigerator biscuits (10)
¼ cup sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
½ stick (1/4 cup) butter or margarine
¼ cup brown sugar
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Cut each biscuit into 4 equal parts (quarters)
3. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a zip lock baggie. Add biscuit
pieces 6 at a time and shake to coat them well.
4. Grease square or round cake pan with cooking spray and
drop biscuit pieces into the pan. Layering them if necessary.
(do not press)
5. Melt butter in a microwave safe container (liquid measuring
cup) for 30 seconds.
6. Add brown sugar to the melted margarine and stir until
blended.
7. Pour over the biscuits.
8. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes
