PICKET SIGNS
You are living during the early 1900s and you are going on strike!!! Design
two picket signs to carry while you march around the Washington
Monument.
The following directions explain what should be on each sign. Each sign
should be the size of an entire sheet of paper, should be colorful and should
show that you understand the purpose of the Suffrage Movement and the
Temperance Movement.
Suffrage Movement:
Your picket sign should clearly show what you’re fighting for and should be
designed using color. You should have a slogan (catchy saying to explain
your feelings) and a logo (a picture that represents what you’re fighting for).
