Week of May 23rd-27th
I hope all of you had a nice weekend! This week the children
will be taking the fourth quarter benchmarks. Math will be given
on Tuesday and ELA on Wednesday. I am asking for your support
in making sure your child gets plenty of rest, eats a good breakfast
and comes to school on time. Thank you for your help!
Our class has completed our spelling units for the year.
Therefore, I will focus on vocabulary which is a very important
skill. I will also send home a review packet for Math homework
this week. The completed packet will be due on Friday.
Once again, I want to thank you for all your support in being
a partner with me in your child’s education. The students have
been working very hard and I’m truly amazed how much growth
they’ve shown. I could not have done it without you!

1. Thursday, May 26 will be Benchmark Assessment Make-ups.
2. Yearbooks will be distributed this week to students who have
purchased them.
3. Monday, May 30th school will be closed in observance of
Memorial Day. Have a fun weekend!
