Letterland: In this unit, Eddy Elephant goies out walking with Mr.E and A, and Eddy does the talking. So we hear him instead in words like bread, head. Math: We are continuing with geometry. Answer 1 comprehension question from your sections Don’t forget you can do reading on Moby Max and vocab. Practice also. Request: Please understand how important it is for your child to answer the written comprehension questions each week. They will be tested at the end of the year with like questions and your child needs to practice weekly. Thank you to those families who are doing this weekly! Classroom News: The Lakeshore Odyssey of the Mind teams are sponsoring a WACKY, TACKY Day on February 26th. For a dollar donation, the students can wear wacky, tacky clothes and hair accessories. The donations will enable the teams to purchase supplies, such as paint, glue, foil, straws, cotton balls, fabric, etc. It also helps fund their entry fee into the March regional competition. Our Valentine Centers went well! The children really enjoyed racing to stack their conversation hearts in one minute ! We had a popsicle party for collecting the most box tops. Also, we had a great time creating STEM products with 100 items. Happy Valentines to all!
