Treat your family to these whole fruit Popsicles- no chemicals, artificial colors, no added
sugar of any kind—only whole fruit.
Recipe:
2 kiwis
1 cup strawberry halves
1 cup blueberries
1 cup roughly chopped mango
1 cup roughly chopped watermelon
1 cup roughly chopped pineapple
1) Working with one fruit at a time, puree in a small food processor. Rinse the
machine between fruits.
2) Layer the fruit and freeze each layer till frozen. Second layer of fruit, stand a stick
upright into the fruit. You will not use the plastic top. Firmly tap the mold on the
counter to level the puree and continue freezing layers.
3) To unmold, hold the mold in hot tap water just up to the top. Popsicles should
slide out easily. Pretty, fun and delicious!
