SQL script used to identify missing index number from budget labor distribution.
If there are not many, it is much more efficient to enter them manually as the
position number is in the report.
If there are MANY, they could be input via the mass apply process described in
Banner HR documentation, Chapter 19. The mass apply discussion would
require a separate session but users can work with SCT for assistance.
