AGENDA:
1) Complete grammar warmup #31.
2) In groups of four, finish reading pp. 55-69 from One Flew
Over the Cuckoo’s Nest. You are having a posttherapy session with the guys (Cheswick, Harding, Billy
Bibbitt/Chief and McMurphy), and this “session”
uncovers the core of this novel – what is the theme here?
3) For the first patient log (see webpage for requirements),
skim read pages 78-91, then write a paragraph from the
perspective of the head nurse Miss Ratched concerning
McMurphy’s antics. Turn in by end of period.
4) Watch The Most Shocking Psychiatry Documentary
Ever.
