 Long-term experience in hospital management, health planning
,health insurance, medical records management and human
resource development.
 During the last ten years of my service at Royal Medical Services
(RMS) I was responsible for planning, coordinating and
monitoring many complex projects as: the New Children Hospital
at King Hussein Medical Centre (KHMC) with a budget of $40
millions , Princess Iman Medical Laboratories$10millions, the
establishment of Princess Muna College for Nursing as a
university college (I was the founder dean for this college for
three years), the expansion of Queen Alia Heart Institute at
KHMC($20millions),the development and implementation of the
RMS Health Information System($6 millions),etc.
 During the planning, implementation and commissioning of these
projects, I was supervising and coordinating the work of many
senior technical personnel as physicians, architects, engineers,
planners, nurses, instructors, etc. Also I was representing RMS in
the negotiations with sponsoring international agencies as the
World Bank and the Islamic Bank for Development.
