2. Call International SOS at 1-215-942-8226, or toll free at 1-800-523-8930. Please allow 30-45
minutes for the call.
3. Identify yourself, your institution (Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center), and your
reason for calling.
4. Discuss your travel itinerary (where you are going and when, include all locations); medical,
safety, and security information for your host country; laws to be aware of in your host country;
and any other travel questions you may have with the ISOS representative.
5. Be sure to include above your ISOS Case # and the ISOS representative’s name.
*Please note: the pre-travel briefing with ISOS MUST be completed prior to the phase 3 predeparture meeting with OGH. Students must provide a copy of this document to OGH at the Phase 3
pre-departure meeting or via e-mail prior to the meeting.*
