The Budget of the USGA
For the 2014-2015 Term
Whereas,
The Budget of the USGA, for the timely and effective execution of the
mission and duties of the Unified Student Government Association, shall
be provided by the Department of Student Development, and
Whereas,
The Budget of the USGA shall consist of The General Fund, The
Scholarship Fund, and The Student Activity Fund,
Therefore,
Be it resolved that the budget of the Unified Student Government
Association for the 2014-2015 term shall be established as follows,
pending final approval by the Department of Student Development:
THE GENERAL FUND
The Unified Student Government Association respectfully requests that the Department
of Student Development allocate a sum of $29,700 for uses pertaining to the general
operation and maintenance of the USGA.
THE SCHOLARSHIP FUND
The Unified Student Government Association respectfully requests that the Department
of Student Development allocate a sum of $15,800 for USGA member scholarships.
THE STUDENT ACTIVITY FUND
The Unified Student Government Association respectfully requests that the
Department of Student Development allocate a sum of $490,000 for Registered
Student Organization funding throughout the 2014-2015 term, to be distributed at
the discretion of the Allocations Committee.
