Labor Condition Application for H-1B Non-Immigrants
Loyola University Chicago gives notice of the filing of the attached form ETA-9035, Labor Condition
Application (LCA) for H-1B Non-Immigrants. Complaints alleging misrepresentation of material facts in
the LCA and/or failure to comply with the terms of the LCA may be filed with any office of the Wage and
Hour division of the United States Department of Labor.
Please post the attached forms. We are required to post this notice for ten continuous working days
in at least two conspicuous locations where the applicant will be employed.
At the conclusion of the ten-day period, complete the bottom of this memo and please return the notices
and this sheet to me at: Office for International Programs, Sullivan Center Room 209, Lake Shore Campus.
