These items are not guaranteed to be included as part of the agreement and acceptance is at the sole discretion of the City. Do not include HST:

4. Warranty Details:
Contractors should attach full details of their warranty terms and conditions (including methodology of warranty repairs and guarantee of response times for warranty repairs) as part of the Quotation submission . Repair or service replacements will be at no cost to the City during the warranty period. Indicate the length of warranty on all equipment (including battery, electrical, hydraulic, and structural warranties). Also indicate whether there is a separate manufactu rer’s warranty in addition to the Contractor’s warranty. o State warranty service depot name and contact phone number; and o State after hours and emergency calls service depot name and contact phone number.
Contractors should also provide pricing and details for optional extended warranty plans, if applicable. This optional extended warranty is not guaranteed to be included as part of the agreement and acceptance is at the sole discretion of the City. Compliance:
Aerial lift should comply with all federal, provincial, and local governmental regulations and requirements for operation within British Columbia (including WorkSafeBC regulations) at time of delivery. Contractors should state any requirements to be met for unit to be in compliance at time of delivery (use the spaces provided and/or attach additional pages, if necessary):
If this offer is accepted by the City, such offer and acceptance will create a contract as described in:
(a) the RFQ;
(b)
(c) the specifications set out above and in Schedule A of the RFQ; the General Terms and Conditions; and
(d)
(e) this Quotation; and other terms, if any, that are agreed to by the parties in writing.
Capitalized terms used and not defined in this Quotation will have the meanings given to them in the RFQ.
Except as specifically modified by this Quotation, all terms, conditions, representations, warranties and covenants as set out in the RFQ will remain in full force and effect.
