Jill M. Pohlman Experience Jill Pohlman is a partner of the firm practicing in both the Litigation and the Appellate practice groups. She concentrates her practice in complex business litigation and is experienced in a variety of substantive areas, including intellectual property, employment, antitrust, real property, and other commercial disputes. Jill also assists clients in matters of corporate governance, professional liability, and other contract and tort disputes. She has also represented clients in appellate matters before the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Utah Supreme Court, and the Utah Court of Appeals. Jill worked as a judicial law clerk for Chief Judge David K. Winder at the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah (1996-1997); she was also a law clerk for Stoel Rives LLP (1995-1996), and for the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Utah (1994-1995).
